The Hawaii High School Rodeo Association is a 501-(C)(3) non-profit organization with roots that go back to 1988.  The rodeo year begins in October and concludes with the Hawaii High School Finals Rodeo in June. It is here, where “The Elite Compete” featuring the top cowboys and cowgirls from each District. This year, Hawaiiʻs cowboys and cowgirls will be striving to gain a seat in the National Junior High and High School Finals Rodeo.


About Us

Born to Compete

The Hawaii High School Rodeo Association is a not for profit youth organization developed to strengthen the sport of rodeo. The High School division is open to students in grades 9 through 12, while the Junior High division is open for students in grades 5 through 8. Members compete in 12 rodeos each school year. HHSRA is dedicated to the development of sportsmanship, horsemanship and character in the youth through the sport of rodeo.
